Aleksandr Orefkov	620383a5a4	- Added the ability to convert signed numbers to hexadecimal strings. - Added methods for replacing substrings for standard strings. - Added the ability to pass a string expression as the replacement string to the substring replacement methods. If the searched substring is not found, it is not instantiated.
